Superfast fibre 1 speed drop

I've had the same issue with infinity 1, 50 MB for a year and a half with a minimum guarantee of 44. Now I'm getting 42 with a minimum guarantee of 38...

When I queried the speed drop they said it's within the parameters of what is available so my service is fine.

A rep I spoke to said I'd get an average of 67d 17u if I upgraded, so I did. Nothing has changed.

My router connects at 48 down and about 10 up. My speed is about 42 down and 9 up.

The thing is, if it drops to, let's say 35 what is to stop bt saying that my guarantee is 32 so my speed is fine?

post stats from your router

enter your phone number and post results  remember delete number https://www.btwholesale.com/includes/adsl/main.html

check for line noise  dial 17070 option 2  should be quiet and best with corded phone

are you using the test socket with a filter to see if that helps?
