Some assistance from a mod would be appreciated on this matter, its like banging your head against a brick wall with the normal help channels from bt.

Many thanks to the mods for their assistance, the regrade to superfast 2 looks to have finally happened overnight. It appears the issue is that I was left on the superfast 1 profile.
The router has reconnected this morning with sync rate of 77811 and data rate of 71.78 mbps on the downstream.
The router figures suggest this may improve further as the line settles out so fingers crossed.
Upstream remains at 9mbps as expected.
