Superfast fibre Broadband

Hello. I have recently taken the offer of upgrading to Super Fast Fibre Broadband from my BT Home Hub.  I was notified it has been activated.  So far I have not noticed any difference. Pages take the same time to load. Streaming still buffers and stutters.  Cannot see any difference at all.  When this contract ends, I will be expexted to pay for the upgrade but nothing has been upgraded. Is this normal ? Thanks.

Could you post the connection stats from the hub.

HH6 Advanced settings/technical log.

HH5 Troubleshooting/helpdesk.

Upgrading you package doesn't always mean increased speed. You will only ever get what your line can support.
