Superfast fibre plus

Since I upgraded from infinity to superfast fibre plus my speeds have dramatically dropped,on infinity I was getting a steady 48mb to 50mb,now since switching to superfast the max I get is 30mb and lately I've been getting constant drops in connection.It says the average is 67mb which I know is the average depending how far away from the cabinet you are blah blah,but I know my line can handle 50mb as that was what I was getting on the infinity pacakage.So what exactly have I upgraded to or should I say downgraded.

@Peter79 I'm sorry to see you're having problems with your broadband, if your connection is dropping out it can have a negative impact on the broadband speed which slows down to try and prevent the drops. Can you post your router stats and we'll take a look?
