@Tylerking1996 have you tried a reboot of your router? You may need to aquire a new public IP address.
I gave up... Day 7 with no internet...
BT's joker bot system sending random messages... Hear lot of BT and OpenReach of horrors, finally experienced it too.
Booked an BF engineer who was suppose to come today, however it was cancelled by BT as they think line is restored hence not needed. Again booked for tomorrow, testing how lucky I will be.
