Yeah tried multiple re-boots, no luck was prepared to wait until Tuesday for technician but BT just messaged few hours ago saying there is a MSO I’m my area then an hour later that it had all been repaired but it still doesn’t work

I gave up... Day 7 with no internet... 

BT's joker bot system sending random messages... Hear lot of BT and OpenReach of horrors, finally experienced it too.

Booked an BF engineer who was suppose to come today, however it was cancelled by BT as they think line is restored hence not needed. Again booked for tomorrow, testing how lucky I will be.
