Hi all,
I switched from Plusnet to BT Fibre 2 a week ago but seem to be capped at my old speeds of 35Mb/10Mb. The BT Wholesale Checker says my line supports up to 80Mb and I've had speeds over 70Mb in the past on this line. I've chatted to BT CS however and they tell me my line can only support 28-31Mb, but that does not seem accurate?
