Switching from Virgin

Hi,

I want to switch to BT  but when I try to check offers for my area on BT's webpage it says you are upgrading your system. When the upgrade will be done? 

And can you tell me what is expected speed for my area ******. I have check on uswitch and I choose Fibre 2 broadband. I s this offer good for my area? If someone can give me full info pls do. I have 4 days to make the switch till 17 this month.
