Test 3 advises Infinity "Performing poorly"

Broadband connection is running way down and 30% below the acceptable perfomance as stated on the speedtest wholesale app.

 

Have followed "Test3" process which is advising BT Perfomance Tester Tool indicates poor service throughout perfomance after the third test.

 

What is the resolution for this?

you need to post more information - stats from router and results from btpeedtester with wired connection to start

Speedtest was done with wired connection (100Mb/s FD).

Do you notice the throughput speed being relatively lower then normal at specific times of the day?

Have you also tried ruling out any interference on your line by dialling 17070 and choosing option 2 called quiet line test from your landline phone?

 

The IP profile seems OK so the sync rate must be 80Mbps

Quiet line test is effectively quiet with not cracks, pops or hisses. The speedtest at one point dropped even lower at 18Mb/s and wasn't ever at the stated expected levels when tested for the line.

Are you able to post your router stats?

 

I would also periodically run the BT Wholesale speedtester (including the further diagnostics tests) as that will build up dataset  for your profile that will help the various teams diagnose the issue.
