Classic symptoms of congestion, BTWholesale should be aware of the problem from their monitoring and will be taking steps to increase capacity.

Can you elaborate? What information leads you to a congestion diagnosis?

Everything looks "healthy" except the download speeds fall way short of the expected and quoted rates.

The fact that your line is syncing at the maximum possible speed for Infinity2 yet your throughput is much lower. Sync speed and download speed are 2 entirely different things, hence needing to see your hub stats.
