The minimum guaranteed speed

We estimate your download speed will be between 55Mbps and 77Mbps, and your upload speed will be between 18.1Mbps and 20Mbps.

The minimum guaranteed speed you can expect from your broadband will be 49Mbps.

I am on my 10th day on BT network for my fibre and my current sync speed is 42 Mbps.

Downstream sync speed:

42.00 Mbps

 Upstream sync speed:

18.92 Mbps

I had raised a ticket and it was concluded an engineer would be required.  This was then cancelled the next day and was advised that changes were made to impove it and to monitor.  Dont seem to be going anywhere.

I was wondering if i was put on the wrong profile or something.

Can anyone offer any asistance on this matter.

Thank you

Re: The minimum guaranteed speed

can you post stats from your hub  advanced settings then technical log information

can you enter your phone number and post results  rememberdelete number http://dslchecker.bt.com/adsl/adslchecker.welcome

try quiet line test  dial 17070 option 2  should be quiet and best with corded phone

are you using the test socket with a filter to eliminate any problems caused by your internal wiring  when in test socket check that there is no dial tone at any extension socket

Re: The minimum guaranteed speed

Hi, Thanks for the quick reply,  Please find attached the results you requested,  Also the master socket is a pre filtered BT  type 5c.  Tried with different filter in the internal port, No change.  Dialed the quiet line test and seems fine also.

Thank you
