Hi all. Trying to upgrade my broadband to a faster package.
I get all the way to checkout and asked to "select a date for an engineer installation"
But there is nowhere to select a date so I cannot check out.
Anyone else experience this?

After openreach recent announcement openreach will not enter your home so no engineer visit
try phoning options team and see they can help with upgrade 0800800030. Could be busy
enter your phone number and this will give indication of what is available to you.
I'm in the same boat, difference is, I've already done the upgrade checkout and I have a date for when the engineer will arrive. Beginning of April.
I already have fibre. I'm upgrading to Halo 2.
My question is, will the engineer need to enter my property? Or can he do everything outside for me to start using Halo 2?
