Trying to upgrade my broadband package...

Hi All,

I'm trying to accept a broadband package via the BT website but receive a message that I don't have BT landline. BT are my current broadband provider and I definitely have a landline, is there anything else I should be doing?

Try phoning the options team who are dealing with contract renewal and see what you can negotiate 0800800030

Hi, I'm happy with the deal being offered, I just can't accept it because BT think I don't have a landline.

If you want to progress then phone the number
