Two weeks in

Thought I'd post some good news after reading so much doodm and gloom 

 

Been an infinity customer for two weeks from the install to up and running has been flawless 

 

Engineer who installed infinity was first class even moving our master socket at our request setting it all up making sure we were happy no rush to get away until we were totaly happy with the install

 

Youview box arrived I set it up and connect it to the hub tunned in and everything is working fine from TV Chanels OD, Catch up etc first class

 

Infinity speeds were estimated at 31MB well we are consitanly maxing out our connection 38MB (on wireless) so maybe our line could go higher but right now we are happy with the speeds 

 

Could'nt be happier with the service and with BT Sport airing tomorrow tht's the icing on the cake

 

After the woes of Sky it's great to get a top class service long may it continue 

 

Seeing that forums are usually frequented by unhappy customers just thougfht I'd put the other side
