David would you kindly check my line too if possible please? I'm only getting 30mb/5mb even though yesterday i was getting 37mb/8mb. I was estimated 76mb/18mb after the upgrade.
Mine also still shows the old speeds in My BT page. Something to worry about? or is it just delayed. The order tracking also now has no details at all, I'm guessing because its now closed and complete on the system.
Bt systems take time to update. If it is working don't worry.

reset modem and same speeds according to speedtest.net but getting access to the bt testsite is a nightmare with everyone checking their profiles
Don't worry about the MyBT thing at the moment.
The order is most likely still open in BT retails billing system although the Openreach change on the port has already been done.
When the order closes, which will probably be at some point today, the MyBT details will be upated. It may take 24hours from when the order closes for the MyBT page to be updated.
