I have recently moved to a new house part of a new 600 houses development in Kent from Berkeleys homes.
I cannot have fibre internet because my cabinet has no capacity.
ADSL internet is rubbish.
Is there anything I can do to get BT Open Reach to upgrade the cabinet? All my neighbours have the same problem.
I suppose the builder should have been in touch with Open Reach but when I asked them they told me it was not their problem.
Do you have any suggestion? I work from home and I cannot wait months for an upgrade.

it says by may 2018 so could be shortly or end of May or in worst scenario even longer
If the OP is connected to cab 36 then surely the availability checker info posted in message 3 would show that fibre was available but that there is a waiting list and not just show adsl only.
