Ultrafast 1 connection dropping every few days

Go to solution
Hi all

Had ultrafast via gfast activated on 26th March.

Have noticed that the cnnection to the network drops for a few seconds every couple of days. It only lasts a few seconds.

Only reason I noticed is I was wat hung Netflix and it paused so I checked router.

Seems to happen between 8pm and 10pm.

Is this due to the line DLM adjusting the line etc?

I am plugged into master socket in the test socket behind the faceplate. Line test is quiet when doing a quiet line test.

Never had this issue when I was with Sky broadband. Had FTTC with them too.

I know the first 10-14 days you can experience intermittent connection from the "what to expect In the first few days"

Ring the FTTP team on 0800 587 4787. They are the only ones who deal with Ultrafast issues. The mods here cannot assist.
