Ultrafast 2 unstable and slowing

For the past few weeks my Ultrafast 2 connection has been repeatedly dropping out (orange and purple lights) and re-syncing at ever decreasing speeds. I've gone from having a very consistent 330/50 to 237/23 as it stands now. Network uptime never seems to go beyond about 12 hours (often much less), and System uptime never more than about 10 days before the Hub resets itself. There doesn't appear to be any noise on the phone line but since we only have a cordless it's hard to tell. Is this a faulty Hub or is an engineer required?bt1.png

Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community!

Sorry that you're experiencing connection problems with your broadband.  I can see that you've been losing speed due to the drops too ☹️

I haven't spoken to anyone yet because I waiting to see if it would stabilise but I've had several drop-outs and a Hub reset over the past 24 hours. I just ran the broadband troubleshooter again which told me to ring 0800 111 4567 to arrange an engineer visit. Could you arrange this for me instead of going though the tedious phone troubleshooting and department passing?
