you probably find that your ISP BT Retail has no idea the openreach engineer did not turn up until the report is updated

Talked to someone yesterday afternoon after the 2nd engineer failed to appear and after he talked to one of the engineers it looks like a major fault had been identified so none of the previous engineer visits were required as the fault was not related at the property.  The service came back online in early hours of this morning.
