Hi,

I have received an email and letter through the post informing me that I can now get broadband with 100Mbps Speed Guarantee. However, when I called up about this BT informed me that it is not available. Would someone be able to assist me in looking into this please?

As you can see from checker results there is no ultrafast  FTTP/G.FAST available to you   the letter is just a circular

Hi @Brunton and welcome to the community.

Sorry for any confusion with this. @imjolly is correct. The results you've posted confirm you can't get the  FTTP/G.FAST  up to 80 meg service. You've more than likely received a circular.

David, I think you mean you can't get the FTTP/G.Fast service but can get the VDSL service up to 80 meg.
