Have received 5 emails from Openreach saying I can order Ultrafast, I go onto BT website which tells me that ultrafast is not available in my area. Have contacted BT CEO to no avail.
I do know there is a Fibre installation in a surface box 20 metres from building.
What I am annoyed at is it seems that there is a breakdown in communication between BT & Openreach and the customer is suffering.
Is there anyone out there having the same problem???
As Openreach are sending the email perhaps it would be better to complain to them?
