Unable to order FTTP, but neighbours can

Go to solution

As the title suggests, I am unable to order FTTP even though both my neighbours can.

I have just bought the house, which was previously unoccupied

I assume this is a database issue as there is no phone line in my house at the moment.

here is the openreach result for my house

and here is my next door neighbour (house is 1m away from mine, further away from the pole!)

Can a mod please assist?

Thank you

Have you tried contacting Openreach through their site?

There's a specific form for fibre availability issues. This appears to be a databse issue which they should be able to sort.

I have used the openreach form to contact then over 5 weeks ago, they replied promising to respond within 7 working days but nothing since then. I hoped someone here may have another route to assist me.

Hi @Cefni and welcome.

@gg30340 is correct. The only team that can help are the FTTP order guys. Your best bet would be to try the number hes posted.

Cheers

David
