Unable to place and order due to system failure/3rd order 1 month later and still stuc, please help.
I have been a happy BT Bussiness BroadBand user for many years and when the opportunity to upgrade to BT Affinity came along I was delighted.
However after counntless phones calls and messages the 3 orders that are placed have all got as I am told stuck in the system and no process.
The orders have been escalalted to the Escalaltions Team and still there is no movemnt over 1 month.
I am running out of patience and ways to gain action I feel as if I have heard every excuse under the sun.
All I know is the escalaltion team have recently resolved the issue and the order should be fine, the sales rep places the order and the system says their is a billing issue I then refer to billing and they say no issue and tell the Sales rep to continue who then tries gives up and after rings 4 times they just hang up.
I have too many names to list and dates/times for conversations.
Can anyone tell me who I need to speak to or how to get hold of the back office to get the issue resolved and move forward.
