Unknown Device

An unknown device is showing up as one of my devices on my Smarthub 'My Network', I've never noticed it there before and I'm unable to remove it.

I've tried a MAC Address lookup but no vendor was found, I'm completely baffled.  Anyone know what it is (see pic)

Re: Unknown Device

Do you have a powerline adaptor or wireless access point?

Re: Unknown Device

Yes, I have a Netgear wireless booster and I'm using an old HH5 as an AP both of which appear to be working normally

Re: Unknown Device

The "unknown" device may be one of them unless you can see them both as well as the unknown device.

Re: Unknown Device

That's the problem, they both have IP Addresses and both show as Not Connected when I disconnect them but the unknown device still shows as Connected. The really strange thing is that there appears to have been no data in either direction.

I think a factory reset is in order but I've been trying to avoid that because it's so slow to restart; not such a smarthub after all 🙂
