My BT Infinity 2 was installed yesterday afternoon and my download speeds have been between 5 - 15 Mbps since.I spent over an hour on live chat last night but could not get the issue resolved and was told I would receive a call back on Sunday night as the line may need time to stabilise.
I am not optimistic that my Broadband speeds will miraculously recover in this period as the speedtests I have conducted tonight are showing similar results and would like to ask for help/advice on how best to tackle this issue in the meantime.

Yes that's the one mine has MK3 on the top right faceplate.
Can you post the estimate for your line given by www.dslchecker.bt.com please?
