@Alexandersim2   I would keep a check on your bill for the next couple of months as all the things you mention the engineer did to fix the problem were on your side of the test socket and normally deemed to be a customer problem and chargeable - £85 for engineer visit

Hi @Alexandersim2  thanks for updating me via PM. Sorry you are still experiencing drops. I've checked your connection since the engineer visit and the speed has gone back up and there have been no drops. Do you have any wired devices that have dropped the connection or have the lights on the hub changed when the drops happened. I know you were away for a few days so post back and let me know when you get a chance to check.
