we we have been contacted by BT, and a new hub is being sent to us. We’ll see what the quiet line test does, and see what the new hub brings with it.
So, can someone tell me if there’s any issue with my Hub? I’m hoping there’ll be a new one in the post tomorrow, and that my broadband will become a decent speed. I get that there are connection to the cabinet, and connection to the exchange problems possible, but how can there be such an improvement followinga reset, if the problem is anything other than my hub?
New Hub connected, and looking at 65Mbps currently, so fingers crossed our issues are resolved. I will continue to add images here periodically to see how this progresses.
