Unreliable speed up and down

Hi i have had bt infinity 2 for about 4 months im no tech expert but after the first month my download went from 47mbps to about 30mbps and my upload has went from 7mbps to just under 1mbps ive had nothin but problems with my home hub 5a i also have had 3 replacements but the results have been the same everytime i have been waiting for the type b hub 5 to see if this makes a difference as i cant even game online with type a router i have run a netalyzer test and here are my results if anyone could plz have a look and see if they know whats going wrong for me as im not havin much luck with bt customer service.

if you have a HH5 can you go to hub manager then trobleshooting then helpdesk and post 1-12

 

 

 

can you run btspeedtester and when first test completes then run diagnostic test and post results  must be done with wired connection  btspeedtester

 

 are you using the test socket with a filter to eliminate your setup, master faceplate and your internal wiring as causing a problem

 

can you enter your phone number and post results  remember to delete number wholesale FTTC check

 

 

 

try quiet line test   dial 17070 option 2  should be quiet and best with corded phone
