Four times I’ve reported no broadband. Two complaints. Four lengthy calls. Three deadlines expired. Open Reach manager escalation. Worst service I’ve had in 40 years. Where do I turn. First fault was corrosion on line. Apparently fixed. Not checked with me. Still no BB. 2nd fault apparently in my home. Specialist BB engineer sent. Failed to turn up. Complained. Apparently there’s now a crossed wire. No in time fix. That was reported on Saturday. Nothing done yet. I’m a key worker who has Voice but to work from office as BB not good enough. I’ve had compensation but I need a service. Who should I contact. Virgin?
