I'm pulling my hair out.
1. with the fibre speeds
2. with BT's service
My Fibre to the premise's has been playing up since about early Dec 2024.
My download speeds are all over the place but my upload speeds don't seem to change much 90-110mb.
Download can be as low as 20mbs which happens sporadically.
We have had engineers out to look the turn it off and on a again which speeds it up for a little while but ultimately goes back to the way it was. I've been on the phone constantly chasing it up as nobody from BT bothers to do any call back.
So far I've had about 6 non return calls. Constantly get cut off on a call with no call back either.
2 failed appointments from Openreach Engineers.
I just keep getting put onto these guides who try and sort it but to no avail.
Banging my head on a wall here and now trying to sort it with yet another guide as I'm typing this.
You couldn't write this......
Worst bit is I work for BT and can totally see why people move providers due to the service they must be receiving.
