Mods are taking longer than normal as can be seen from other posts but they will get back to you. Avoiding helpdesk is best idea

Hi @kennyruss,

I'm sorry for the wait on this. I would be surprised if this isn't picked up tomorrow.

Thanks

Hi for what its worth ive had the same problem, 76 at entry can only get 0.35 to 2Mb/s at hub. logs on both my hub5 and (unlocked) modem show 4 solid hours of bt remote connecting to both units last night and today my speed is almost back to where it was....... In fact my attinable has gone up by 3Mb/s..... I suspect a network config fault

I didnt call them but used the webchat system via my mobile. i understood them perfectly (his texting english was excelent, unlike my spelling) and when he called he did so excatly when he said he would. so in this case for me 10 out of 10

Update.

In the last 36 hours I have received a dramatic improvement in my service - some 32mb wirelessly etc.

I have to monitor until Friday and then I will mark this as resolved.

Unclear what was done, but thanks to all for help on here.. mods and contributors.

Now just to claim back all that I have paid for the last 4/5 weeks... Hopefully that will be easier - any tips?

thanks

Kennyruss

You don't normally get any refunds for slow speed only for loss of connection. You can always try but I don't think you will get anything

That won't be relevant. Each congestion problem will have a unique solution.
