Upgrade / Cancellation

 

Hello, I’m due to upgrade after 18 months of using BT TV + Broadband package. After checking the upgrade offer on MyBT looks like BT wants me to pay more… Can somebody call me to discuss this?? If not, how do I cancel my contract? BT offers a better and cheaper deal for a new customer!! Are we still in those days where existing customers not being looked after?? PLEASE HELP!
