Upgrade Employee Broadband

Hi

posting for help. My husband works for Openreach and is working from home now, our son is also working from home and our current broadband can’t cope!!! We have fibre in our street now but we don’t know how to get our upgrade for our free allowance from BT. Can anyone help us please? If all four of us are online at the same time its really bad....

The E-Mail doesn’t exist anymore. It’s now all done via the Employee Rewards Site.
