Can any moderator order an upgrade for me? The bt chat doesn't seem available and it seems impossible to get through on the phone.
I got a personalised email offer to my email offering 500mb FTTP for 54.99. However when I click upgrade now and try to purchase this after confirming my bt account number it says the offer is not available to me as I am an existing customer.....what is going on?
To be honest, this isn't the first time this has happened, if they can't make their upgrade system work properly I'm not going to waste my time holding on a phoneline.
