No reason why you shouldn't be able to order according to that. Place an order and see what happens.

Hi @ZomBieZA  I agree with @licquorice  there doesn't appear to be any reason why you can't order fibre. Place your order and keep us updated on the progress of the order.

Thank you, I will be doing this as when I go to my account it says I should. Should I do it now or wait for monday? I dont want to sit without internet over the weekend.

Nobody will be doing anything for several days/weeks, so place the order at your convenience.

The changeover should only take minutes in any case.

Hi, today is the day that it should be upgraded. Internet has gone off and on a few times already, though now its been off for almost an hour. BT Hub is just steady orange.

My BT package shows it's been upgraded already.

This is the same thing that happened last time I tried upgrading.

Could be an issue with cable routing records, as its happened again.

Is your phone line working?

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
