Thank you, sorry for late reply.
I hope I will be able to get Fibre in the near future as this has been the issue for almost a full year, hopefully they fix this issue sooner than later.

BT Saying I can get fibre, Openreach saying I can't
BT are only saying what Openreach tell them. The database used is Openreaches.
Hi @ZomBieZA Sorry you are having a problem still getting fibre. What does Openreach where and when show when you input your phone number?
Also you mention your flat number in 2 different formats. It should only be one and that should be the format used by Royal Mail If you can check that out and use the the format they have you should be able to place your order as long as fibre is available. Let me know how you get on.

@ZomBieZA It looks like the line for the telephone number you put in the where and when is not an EO line as it has a cabinet number. You should be able to order fibre on it. When did you last place an order?
