Sent, was on phone and the man said engineer hasn't updated the fault to completed but he did add notes.

Thank you, sorry for late reply.

I hope I will be able to get Fibre in the near future as this has been the issue for almost a full year, hopefully they fix this issue sooner than later.

BT Saying I can get fibre, Openreach saying I can't

BT are only saying what Openreach tell them. The database used is Openreaches.

Can I get fibre yet? Address issues.
Hi there,

Ever since I moved to this address I have had issues with getting fibre.

BT says I can get fibre on my address on 59/1, but then when I choose Flat 0/1 59 which is also me, I can't get fibre.

I've tried to upgrade twice and both times wasn't successful.

When I login to my BT now too, at my account it is asking me to 'update' as you are changing all customers to fibre.

Hi @ZomBieZA  Sorry you are having a problem still getting fibre. What does Openreach where and when show when you input your phone number?

Also you mention your flat number in 2 different formats. It should only be one and that should be the format used by Royal Mail If you can check that out and use the the format they have you should be able to place your order as long as fibre is available. Let me know how you get on.

Hi,
Openreach shows with my telephone number:
Exchange name: Glasgow Paisley
Exchange status: Fibre enabled
Cabinet number: 132
Technology: FTTC

BT says I can get fibre yes, though it has said I can get fibre even when I upgraded and they said I couldn't get fibre. This is with the address from Royal Mail.

I have 2 different Master Sockets in my house, both right next to each other (They say the one I am on is a E/O line and the other is fibre maybe?)

@ZomBieZA  It looks like the line for the telephone number you put in the where and when is not an EO line as it has a cabinet number. You should be able to order fibre on it. When did you last place an order?

Last Order was Fri 23 Nov 2018.

I emailed Openreach and they said
"Your line is connected directly to the local exchange and isn't routed through one of our roadside cabinets. We call these exchange only (EO) lines.
I'm afraid that for now, we don't have any plans to upgrade the EO lines in your area."

Though again I think they checked Flat 0/1 59 which Where and When shows no fibre.

What does this checker show when you enter your phone number? Post screenshot but edit out phone number before posting.
