Upload Speed issue (BT Infinity 2)

Hi,

First post, so go easy on me.

I am experiencing a huge drop in upload speed since a few months ago.

My modem (not a BT modem) used to synchronise at around 20Mb/s, which was the advertised rate, or even better. However, since a few months ago it only synchronises at 4.6Mb/s (see attached).

I have called BT customer service who told me that they cannot guarantee upload speeds.

I find it outrageous that they would not even investigate the line, since it used to connect at full speed before.

Is there anything I can do?
