Re: Upload speed drop.

Modem router rebooted itself again last night, drops in upload and download speed. Called BT who said everything OK.
Then I had a call back to say network fault on my line had been found and it would be fixed in next 48 hours.
At bloody last there is light at the end of the tunnel.
Just hope if you have a problem like mine you get someone good on the other end of the phone.
Otherwise you could be waiting a long time....

Re: Upload speed drop.

Well I thought my problems were solved.
I was told by BT that they had fixed a problem in my exchange but modem disconnected last night and now have 5mb download and 0.2 mb upload on wired connection. Modem technical page shows 15mb download sync, so i called helpline once again and they said I had slow throughput but seeing as it was close to the end of their shift couldn't diagnose it until tomorrow.
