We have put together a short survey to capture your feedback in terms of what BT can do when you experience home Wi-Fi issues. We would appreciate it if you could take a couple of minutes to complete a short survey. Read more from here, Fix my home Wi-Fi
I think @RobbieBaron was being over optimistic with 20mb connection as the dslchecker shows expected range 10/5mb and you are currently in that band at 6mb
which exchange and cab are you on as you deleted that part of header
Exchange CHARD Cabinet 13.
Not sure where that is exactly, but probably 1 to 2 miles away.
Edit: Found it - it's 1.3 miles away.
you are on a Huawei cab which may give you a small speed boost if DLM activates G.INP but would have thought that would have happened with 22 days connection time
I would try connecting to test socket and see if that give you an increase in connection speed
did you try quiet line test?
I have now moved my Smart Hub next to the master socket connected with a 1 metre cable. I'm still not sure going from 10 metres to 1 metre cable length is going to make any difference when I am 2,000 metres away from the cabinet!
I will post back here in a week or two with an update.
PS: Quiet line test was silent. Tinnitus is your enemy with this one 😉
