VLAN disconnection on HH6 and TPLINK VR900

For the past 10 months I have been having ongoing problems with my fibre connection. I have tried both the HH6 and the TPLink VR900 and both seem to drop the connection on regular intervals. When they do we lose all connection to the outside world.

I have tried two routers, new line filters and cables from the telephone socket to routers. Nothing seem to stop the problem. It does it at random times and also when we pause Netflix and then press play again, this seems to trigger it to drop the connection. It can be quite infuriating.

Below is the error log for the WAN from the hub. This shows the past few days drop outs. Has anyone else had this problem? Maybe the router needs configuring or I have set it up wrong. Any help is much appreciated!

Thanks.

Re: VLAN disconnection on HH6 and TPLINK VR900

You have an intermittent line fault. Is there any noise on the line when you carry out a quiet line test on 17070 with a corded phone plugged into the test socket behind the removable faceplate of the master socket.
