63ms is far too high for a competitive game where I usually get <30ms. Also it doesn't stay at 63ms it spikes up to 150ms frequently through out playing.

Not according to the trace route.

Tracert only shows one ping there. When playing it stays at >60ms constantly then will randomly spike to 150ms.

The routing issue appears to be with Telia, how can we get this fixed?

Move to a different ISP if you're out of contract.

Hey guys, been having some big issues with ping, lag etc on one of my games recently and fell over this thread.  Speeds are ok, but I had issues with the pingtest (it failed) and Ive added on a tracert off bbc, the game i play, and for Valve.  

Its only been happening since last sunday and not just with online games, general browsing in general is hit or miss with hanging pages or just constant loading up.  It comes and goes so it isnt a constant nuisance but i'd say 8 out of 10 pages I browse on hang or need to be refreshed a few times to load.
