Very slow speed over last 2 weeks - Infinity 2

I have had superb speeds, but the last couple of weeks by speed has tanked. Sometimes I can barely muster 15mbps download and 4mbps up! BT tell me nothing is wrong and I am getting acceptable speeds.....

 

They have a ticket open apparently, but my speed is almost unusable and not acceptable when paying nearly £60 a month with line rental and phone etc. Below are my hub stats

Run a speed test from HERE When the first test completes run the Further Diagnostics and post the result.

 

The test MUST be run with a wired connection.
