Just had my openreach engineer turn up as planned to install full fibre saying has another engineer been prior to install a cbt box externally yet? No i replied you are the only appointment that was confirmed around 10 or so times by bt. I said well do you carry them? Yes he said but i can't work on flat roofs...and it needs a specialist.. I'm only here to connect into the house.
I must add that its a lower down flat roof above a kitchen thats easily accessible by a new small ladder that i have..but fair enough he might put his job on the line.
I said shall i chase this up now.. He said someone will be in touch within the next hr lol.
