Web browser returns Welcome to BT screen

Over the last week or so I am getting a Welcome to BT , Your'e connected, screen pop up when following links. Today what should be similar links, some work and one returns this screen .

Anyone else encounter this?

Turn off Smart Setup on your hub

Thanks for reply. The pc I am using is not a new device and as said some links work and the odd one will return the error, seems to be random and I am starting to suspect it is returned in place of an error 404 message.

Regardless, have you turned off Smart Setup?
