Website says i can't get infinity but my area is enabled.

So i live 200 yards from my exchange and my local cabinet that im supplied by is 30 yards away. My area is enabled for fibre optic but when i try and order it says i cant have it.

Using the wholesale checker i get this which says i can get fibre optic

But then when i try and order i get this

Anyone with any idea why it is ? is it just my line and could it be changed to accomodate infinity ?

First off you need to edit your phone number from the attached snapshot, second the checker shows that you can't get Infinity. Your local exchange maybe Infinity enabled, but the cabinet that your phone line is connected to is not.

Hi and welcome to the forum

Have you checked if any of your emediate neigbours can get infinity? As Ratty says just because the local exchange is enabled it looks by your results you can not get it as yet.
