Hiya,

I am connected via a DSL filter directly into the master socket (with the faceplate removed).

I truly am at a loss with this.  I did the test you recommended above again and it comes up with the following.

Can you tell me if this looks like I am on a Fibre 2 Connection?  I don't know how to tell, other than what BT tells me on my statement.

Is there any noise on your phone calls? Dial 17070 and select option 2, there should be no noise between the announcements.

From your 20mb up speed your are on superfast 2

your speed according to checker  has dropped since you posted the previous stats and is well below. Expected

phone customer services 151 and get engineer visit as your speed is below the handback threshold especially as you say there is no line noise using test socket with filter
