It seems FTTP is available, single stage , overhead , no anticipated issues , so no previous Openreach FTTP installation , if FTTP ordered , the same pole and fixing at the house will (almost certainly ) will be used , duplicating the copper wire route , however the ONT doesn’t need to be where the copper pair master socket is , it can be where you would like it , within reason .

That's Brilliant, so in effect Open Reach would replace the overhead copper pair from the pole to the property with fibre cable and install a proper ont where I want it, leaving the Jurasic Fibre install in place.
