I ordered broadband by BT.
In my track my order page of my app says Broadband installation by an engineer at your home. But this include the day information for services activation , and the time slot the engineer is coming does not there.
so I would like to know when they come.
BT customers always do not know when they come?
Its Openreach that come, not BT Retail. I expect you will be updated nearer to the day.
Most broadband installs do not require a visit from an engineer. Either an openreach or contractor will undertake some work at your local copper cabinet (PCP).
The home hub gets posted out to you.
