When will Aylesbury Cabinet 98 be available for Infinity?
An infinity box has been installed for a year now, and according to engineers (working on the cabinet) it is ready but has simply not been handed over by Openreach.
Is this a simple admin oversight? Can someone get this moving as the existing speeds we get are terrible.
All I can get from BT Sales is it will be ready in a couple of months! Given they have been saying this for the last year, it is getting tedious receiving the continual lies.
Can anyone find out why this is so badly delayed?

as an aside there is a fibre cab in my area for over 2 years and still not active
