Just tried a restart of the modem.

 

My sync is now 50142 / 9997 kbps

Attainable Rate is 49336 / 17002 kbps

 

Speedtest Download speed is showing 13.4 mbps (Could be weekend congrstion?)

However IP Profile is 23.88 / 10 Mbps

 

Any ideas please?

Try a speed test at non peak times and see if it improves.

IP profile shouldn't be that low with a sync speed of 49meg.

Looks like the IP Profile is restricting my speed?

Your speed sets the IP profile not the other way round.

Just to rule out your equipment can you take your router out of the loop by connecting your computer to directly to the modem and run a speed test again.

There would appear to be a problem prior to your property so I doubt anybody on the forum will be able to help.

 

I have notified the moderators of the forum about your problem. Once they have read this they may be able to help. They are a BT UK based team and if they can help they will reply via this thread asking you to contact them via a link.
